Through passion, purpose, commitment, and perseverance, anything is possible. This is one of Gateway to Success Coaching’s guiding principles, and reflects the way in which we facilitate and conduct the coaching relationship. When working in partnership with clients who are in need of a job or a new, more fulfilling, career, or who are seeking more purpose and passion in life, these guiding principles help bring awareness to what’s causing them to be stuck, improve their performance and life overall.
To that end, Gateway to Success has twelve guiding principles:
- Declaring an intention is the first step towards realizing a dream.
- Setting goals and taking measurable action towards the dream are the next steps.
- Everyone deserves a job that is fulfilling, challenging and fun.
- When we find clarity in life, we have greater command over creating a life of purpose.
- Choices are defining moments that shape destiny.
- Living a virtuous life also shapes destiny.
- We all have a purpose greater than ourselves and inner wisdom will tell us so. We may
not have tapped into this wisdom to uncover what this purpose is yet, but the world needs us to. - Fears and challenges give us strength and serve as an opportunity to access our potential.
- Everyone has unique talents and strengths that must be used for greater fulfillment and joy.
- Life is meant to be lived in alignment with our values, talents and passions.
- Living life true to our authentic selves, who we really are, is the key to happiness.
