How Our Resume Services Work
Our resume services are available via the telephone/e-mail or in-person depending upon the location.
Here is how it works:
- A client completes a short questionnaire about his or her work history and skills. (by phone or e-mail)
- Upon receipt of the questionnaire, a call is set-up via e-mail for an initial discussion of the questionnaire.
- The client receives a written resume in Microsoft Word format, within 3 days of the call. In addition to the .doc version of the resume, a .txt file (for online applications) will be sent and six hard copies by mail.
Resume Critiques
A resume critique is simply a recommendation for improvements of a client’s current resume. These improvements have to do with structure, organization, content, and grammar. We give you guidance so that you can rework the resume yourself for an enhanced presentation.
Cover Letter Writing
An effective cover letter will get an employer to read your resume and/or get you an interview. To stand out amongst the hundreds that an employer can receive, a cover letter needs to grab an employer’s attention through various tactics. We will work with you to develop a cover letter that will increase your chances of getting an interview and one that can be used again with some customization for the position.

Job Search Coaching
